Hi %FIRSTNAME%,

My little boy, Thelonious Coltrane (Theo) turned a year old today. Weighing in at a whopping 8 pounds and standing 6 1/2 inches high from paw to shoulder, he owns my heart. He may live in a small package, but his personality is huge. He loves to snuggle, ride in the car, play with his many toys and, of course, eating. Theo also loves meeting other dogs, of all breeds and sizes, and has helped me get to know more of my neighbors.

And, yes, sometimes he can be the Munchkin of Mayhem. If you have been to live classes you will notice that he often disappears in the middle of class. Why? Because he wants my attention and if my hair is down, he'll bite it. He's trying to destroy my rug or furniture. Or, he keeps nipping me! His crate is just off camera and he goes in there and watches me from a safe distance.

If you don't already know, Theo is considered a "designer toy" breed. His mother is a purebred, black miniature poodle. His father is 52.8% Yorkshire Terrier, 34.7% Biewer Terrier and 12.5% Havanese and light brown in color. Theo's official color is sable, black to dark brown with mocha highlights. And of course he has white on his chin like his older "brother" Malcolm.

The 7-Week Nervous System Reset: Stress Relief for Body and Spirit series will begin Wednesday, February 18th at 7:00 PM EST. This practice is for folks experiencing aches and pains, feelings of anxiousness or a sense of disconnection. Offering an opportunity to come together for movement, meditation, pranayama and relief, this class is a must for all of us working towards creating a better world. The fee for the series is $147.00. If you can't make it live, recordings will be available.
