Light Heart Meditation

Hello Dear Ones. So, last week I mentioned getting a meditation out to you. I'm sorry that it didn't happen in the time frame that I promised. The truth is that I tried, but what I originally recorded came from a place of obligation and not inspiration so I did not share it and I deleted the file. Enclosed, you will find an audio file that is inspired by some of the work that I've been doing with internationally renown yoga teacher Rod Stryker. It's all about releasing the weight from the heart and inviting things in that invite light, peace, joy and hope. Please feel free to share with anyone that may need it.
