Let's Breathe as One

As August is winding down, let's slow down this week and breathe deeply together. We will be practicing pranayama in both our Tuesday and Thursday 9:00 AM classes this week.

Here are Five Benefits of Better Breathing:

  1. When we breathe well, we increase our energy, our prana: the life force.
  2. Breathing deeply and fully relaxes us and releases stress.
  3. By increasing the pranayama, we boost our immunity.
  4. Confused often? Pausing to breathe can increase concentration.
  5. Breathing well helps to even out our emotional state.
