Are you enjoying the Autumn weather? I had a chance to stroll, without the doggo, this afternoon at the Baltimore Harbor. Walking is a great way to add a little moving meditation to your practice and be alone with your thoughts.
My thoughts these days are hard to sit with. Grief will do that. But with each day, I invite in a taste of joy in the midst of my great sorrow. I took this little selfie after brunch with my family. To remind me to practice joy. Little by little, again and again.
