Happy Pride!

Hello! I hope that this message finds you well and safe. We had a scary moment in the DC area today. There was a sonic boom from fighter jets! There was a literal BOOM that shook homes throughout the area and caused a chorus of "did you hear that?" from Ring camera users everywhere.

Moving on!

Happy Pride Month to EVERYONE that believes in Equality, Joy and Love. Like so many of you, there are people that I love that are part of the LGBTQ+ community and, sadly, their right to exist is once again under attack.

As a Black Woman, I think that it is only right to join my voice with other folks that also find themselves oppressed and treated like second-class citizens. I want to say publicly and loudly to my friends and family that I see you, I hear you, I support you and I love you. I will do what I can to celebrate you being your fullest expression of yourself. That's Yoga!
