Kula Support

Kula is a Sanskrit word that translates to community, family or chosen family. These are the folks that come into our lives and enhance it through their honesty, support, wisdom and love. Kula members can be in close proximity or miles away, people that we speak to frequently or infrequently but always hold in our heart. Below are just a few ways to strengthen your kula.

  1. Quick texts or emojis are a great way to let others know that they are in your thoughts and sometimes a little smiley face or kiss can a long way to lift another's spirit.
  2. Create accountability buddies within your kula. This is especially handy if you're working towards similar goals whether it's nailing a complicated asana, expanding your business or finally getting around to putting in that garden.
  3. When opportunity allows, agree to get together and unwind! The shared experience of relaxation paired with fun can go a long way in cementing bonds.

It is my wish that all of you continue to be a part of my kula! We will be practicing at 12:30 PM on Monday and 9:00 AM on Thursday. To register, please click the following link https://www.toembodyyoga.com/offerings

And if you can't make it live, replays are available here: https://www.toembodyyoga.com/online_store

I look forward to seeing you! As always, if you have any questions or suggestions, please contact me at julie@juliehollyyoga.com.
