Spring is here and with it the damp weather that brings us the lovely flowers. Rainy days also always remind me of the kapha dosha. The kapha dosha is associated with moisture, heaviness and slowing down. It is also the most stable dosha because it so connected to the earth. In this yoga practice, we fully embrace our inner kapha through forward folding and a sweet meditation. A perfect practice for the days when you need to move your body but don't want to over do it.
