Kula Love

Who do you hold in your heart? In this practice we do a series of heart-opening back bends to receive and send out love to those that we hold dear -- our kula. Kula is a Sanskrit world that denotes community, bio-family and/or chosen family. I don't know about you, but I'm nothing without my kula!
