In order to be of service to others, we must first nurture ourselves. In this yoga practice, we will nourish ourselves through a series of forward folding emphasizing moving the heads of the femurs into the back body to forward fold more fully and safely -- kinda like hugging yourself. Additionally, your hamstrings will be stretched and any minor lower back pain will be alleviated. You will leave this practice feeling refreshed and well loved.
