The goal of this yoga practice is to harmonize your mind, body, spirit connection. We begin by tapping into the ujayi pranayama(spirit) and use it as the link between movement and thought. This practice is both challenging and relaxing with an anatomical focus on the quads and shoulders as we move to a Mermaid Pose apex. Padding recommended (blanket/towel/cushion) and access to a wall is needed.
