Saraswati is the goddess of creativity and knowledge. She is the OM. In this practice we focus on opening both the psoas and the intercostal muscles, integral in inspiration (breathing) that of course brings us to sound. Although the practice has a structured sequence, students are invited and encouraged to add their own creative spin!
