Sita and the 3rd Chakra

I recently listened to the book The Forest of Enchantments by Chitra Banaerjee Divakaruni, a retelling of the classic epic the Ramayana, told through the eyes of our heroine, Sita. Sita's story is one of tragedy and triumph and the power of the third of manipura chakra is on full display in her story. Our asana practice explores twists then we transition into a bit more explanation and end with a lovely chanting and meditation session.
