As we continue celebrating Earth Month, we draw upon the energy of the earth to nourish us and send down our own energy in gratitude. In this yoga class, we go through a sequence of lunge poses to strengthen the legs and increase mobility in the hips. Yoga block and yoga strap are recommended to maintain proper alignment in some poses.
